Fan Support Terms
The fan support system feature (“Fan Support”) allows Yippi users to support their favourite creators, gamers or others (“Creators”) through a subscription with Yippi that provides access to digital content that may be made available by Creators (“Subscription”). The length of your Subscription may vary and will be disclosed to you in each Subscription’s description. These Fan Support Terms (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a Subscription.
- We may end your right to use all or any part of the Subscription immediately if we or a Creator block you from accessing any content, if the Creator has a reasonable belief that you have breached these Terms, or if you are using the Subscription illegally or in any manner other than for its intended purpose. If we end your rights under this section, you will not receive a refund for any partial billing period.
- We may share revenue generated from Fan Supports between Yippi, third-party platform providers and eligible Creators, according to the terms of agreements between Yippi and such Creators and third-party platform providers.
- We may change or stop offering Fan Supports at any time in our sole discretion. In no event will we be liable in any way for the discontinuation or disabling of Fan Supports.
- Auto-renewal: If you do not cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current Subscription period, your Subscription will automatically renew. If your Subscription automatically renews, you will be charged the total Subscription fee due for the next Subscription period.
- When you purchase a Subscription, you agree: (a) we will provide you with access to your Subscription immediately; and (b) you waive any statutory right that you might have to change your mind about your Subscription and receive a refund within the applicable cooling-off period. Because you agree to access the Subscription immediately and waive your statutory right to change your mind in the cooling-off period, you cannot exercise your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund within the cooling-off period.
- Continued use of Fan Supports requires an active Yippi account. If you delete your Yippi account, you lose access to any content obtained through Fan Supports.
- Payment for Fan Supports is by Yippi Yipps virtual currency.
- Yippi reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. If any change to these Terms will materially disadvantage you or materially affect the availability of the Subscription, we will provide you with notice before the changes become effective, and you can choose to cancel your Subscription. Your continued use of Fan Supports constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- You also acknowledge that Creators may change what’s included in your Subscription(s) from time to time, including during a billing period. If you do not wish to continue your Subscription as a result of any such change then you should cancel it before you are committed to the next billing period. Your continued use of this feature and/or renewal for a further billing period constitutes acceptance of those changes once you are aware of them.
- Yippi reserves the right to change the price or Subscription period from time to time. Yippi may disable auto-renewal for some or all Subscriptions in Yippi’s sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of any such changes and they will apply to you no earlier than your next renewal.
- Fan Supports is part of “Yippi” under Yippi’s Terms of Service (“Yippi Terms”), and your use of Fan Supports is deemed part of your use of Yippi products. In the event of any express conflict between these Terms and the Yippi Terms, these Terms will govern solely with respect to your use of Fan Supports and solely to the extent of the conflict.
